As an Operations Supervisor, you will maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment where the definition of “teamwork” holds true! You’ll use your humility and hunger to learn to successfully oversee the day‑to‑day activities of the plant. Being flexible will help you drive results, as we are always shaking and moving. With your can‑do, go‑getter work ethic, we’re positive you’ll fit right in. This role will operate on our night shift at the Blue Anchor, NJ facility.
As an Operations Supervisor, you play a crucial role in overseeing day‑to‑day manufacturing operations. Your decisions directly impact production efficiency, quality, and safety. You are orchestrating the creation of those golden, crispy waffles that families love. Kellanova plants operate at high speed, constantly evolving through continuous improvement. Adaptability and agility are key. Plus, you get to be part of producing millions of Eggo waffles—how cool is that?
A Taste Of What You’ll Be Doing
Production Line Support – you’ll be leading all activities on your assigned shift working towards production goals, material changes, and schedules.
Continuous Improvement – we couldn’t do it without your owner’s mindset, and all of the acronyms that come with continuous improvement, 5S, RCA, and LEAN.
Direction and Servant Leadership – lead and demonstrate your people skills as you provide direction and support to your team of operators.
Safety First – our values are important to us; our People Safety and Food Safety are 2 of them. Having a “safety first” attitude is an ingredient for success.
We’re Looking for Someone With
Demonstrate knowledge of managing safety and/or quality programs & processes
High School Diploma or GED with substantial related proven leadership and supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting
The ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing requests while maintaining a culture of accountability and execution
Ability to work an off shift
Compensation
The annual salary range is $76,200-$104,720, which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
