Lead Data & Compliance Coordinator, Property Management

The NYC Department of Housing Preservation & Development is seeking a Community Coordinator to support their Leadfree Initiative and ensure compliance with local and federal lead safety regulations. The successful candidate will manage vendor work assignments, coordinate building access, and maintain compliance documentation. Applicants should have a relevant baccalaureate degree or equivalent experience, strong organizational and analytical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Fluency in both English and Spanish is preferred.
