Job Summary
The
Quality Inspector
will assist with quality control inspection efforts for product coming off the personalization line in our secure personalization facility working 1st shift Monday - Friday 6:00am - 2:00pm.
Duties & Essential Job Functions
Assist with In-Process quality control (QC), concentrate on product coming off the lines.
Continuously audit work areas for identification of the acceptable/rejection of product within the process.
Advise production supervisors of any observed non-conformity.
Maintaining lot control traceability documentation during personalization process.
Use quality control equipment to measure quality of product coming off the lines.
Perform related job duties as required and assigned.

Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED required.
At least 1 year of related experience in a manufacturing setting is required.
Willingness to spend 75% of the workday standing or walking.
Requires eyesight correctable to 20/20 to visually inspect materials. Visual acuity adequate to perform job duties, including reading information from printed sources and computer screens. Requires normal color perception.
Strong verbal and written communication. Ability to keep detailed and accurate records.
Ability to focus and perform precision hand movements when operating a machine.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds regularly, able to work around machinery.
Ability to work independently with high attention to detail. Reason through problems involving set‑up and operation.
Able to perform basic math calculations, including addition and subtraction of decimals. Ability to perform data entry operations with accuracy.
Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen prior to employment.
Willingness to work overtime as needed.
The pay range for this position starts at $19.00 per hour and offers are made based on skill and experience. This position is eligible for an annual bonus.
