Job Description
Adult psychiatrist needed for an inpatient behavioral health center. Work alongside a team of psychiatrists and experienced support staff. The patient caseload is approximately 15–20 patients per day (3–5 admissions). Primary duties include initial psychiatric evaluations, follow‑up assessments, discharges, and treatment team planning.
Schedule: Flexible, Monday‑Friday day shift with optional evening weekday coverage and weekend coverage.
Compensation: Competitive independent contractor package for a 1099 contractor.
Manageable average of 15 patients per day
Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment team
Conduct initial and follow‑up evaluations, discharge planning, and case reviews
