QA Inspector- (Manufacturing)- Swing Shift
NSP, Spanish Fork, UT, United States
Schedule: 3:30 pm‑1:30 am Monday through Thursdays, with overtime on Friday as needed.
Expected to spend over 90% of the time in Manufacturing.
Responsibilities
Conducts & documents daily packaging audits to assure cGMP and regulatory compliance
Conducts & documents audits of issuing and processing areas to assure cGMP and regulatory compliance
Audits line‑clearance procedures
Audits line clearance procedures using RedZone checklists
Acts as liaison between QA & Operations on quality issues relating to operations
Works with Operations on continuous improvements
Releases packaging components lots and/or finished product lots as required
Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
High School diploma/experience in a manufacturing environment
Knowledge of cGMPs
Knowledge of NSP SOPs relating to job duties
Knowledge of Excel and Word documentation and NSP's ERP system
Knowledge of workplace safety
Skill in using analytical balance and scales; Skilled in keeping accurate records & reports, filing of documentation
Forklift license will be required
