The Operations Supervisor serves as the operational backbone of the facility, translating client commitments and corporate standards into consistent, high‑quality execution on the floor. This is a hands‑on leadership role focused on lab operations, logistics coordination, delivery accuracy, issue resolution, and facility execution. The ideal candidate is a calm, organized, execution‑focused leader who thrives in an environment where priorities shift, deadlines matter, and details count. You take ownership of outcomes, communicate clearly across teams, and proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact customers. Supervise and support technicians and warehouse personnel, including scheduling, workload balancing, and task prioritization.

Ensure all staging, configuration, kitting, asset handling, and shipment activities meet MCPC standards and client requirements.

Enforce operational processes, documentation standards, and compliance requirements aligned with corporate workflows.

Monitor operational KPIs (throughput, accuracy, turnaround time, rework) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Logistics, Shipping & Inventory Management

Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, shipping coordination, and transportation partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of client orders.

Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, reconciliation, and corrective actions.

Coordinate closely with corporate logistics, procurement, and IT asset management teams to resolve discrepancies and constraints.

Ensure adherence to security protocols, chain‑of‑custody requirements, and facility access controls.

Support RMA processing, asset recovery, and exception handling as needed.

Execution Support & Issue Resolution

Act as the primary point of escalation for operational issues within the facility.

Proactively identify risks to delivery timelines or service quality and communicate clearly with the Director of Client Experience & Execution.

Partner with corporate teams (project management, customer service, ITAM, finance, and logistics) to resolve issues efficiently.

Support onboarding of new clients and programs by executing defined operational workflows and readiness activities.

Startup Agility & Site Support

Support administrative, vendor, and facilities coordination activities required to operate the branch effectively.

Assist with documentation, SOP development, and operational readiness as the site scales.

Contribute ideas to improve efficiency, reduce errors, enhance security, and improve the overall execution model.

Be willing to step in where needed during periods of growth, peak volume, or transition.
