Transition Specialist Team Member

Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Transition Specialist Team Member. This position offers episodic hours, with no guarantee of minimum hours or a schedule. Hours depend on availability and also the amount of work. This is a position that works under the direction of a project lead, assisting clients with downsizing, organizing, and decluttering, and home staging and relocation processes. The hours are weekday with no evening or weekend schedules.
Qualifications

Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Empathetic approach to support clients during challenging transitions, particularly older adults.
Availability at least two days per week, more days preferred.
Prior experience in or knowledge of move management, home organization, or interior design is a plus.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel within St. Louis and surrounding areas.
