Position Overview

Assist the DOC Manager

with daily operations, planning, and implementation to ensure production standards are met. The DOC Manager will oversee daily operations, planning, and implementation to ensure production standards are met. A DOC Supervisor will be responsible for overall performance, productivity and development of DOC staff.

The role is full time and requires flexibility to work any of our 8‑hour shift schedules during normal business hours of 6:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Overtime may be required occasionally.

Responsibilities

Oversee all functional areas within the DOC, including Shipping, Receiving, Inventory Management, Procurement, Kitting and Assembly, Scanning, Vaccines, Facilities, and Mail Services.

Assist with inventory management and procurement of supplies and equipment.

Supervise daily work activities of DOC staff and allocate labor resources across all functional areas to meet daily production requirements.

Establish, implement, and monitor work performance metrics for all DOC staff.

Develop and maintain DMS documentation, including SOPs and work instructions.

Train and develop DOC staff across all functional areas.

Assist with performance counseling and timesheet management of DOC staff.

Motivate and promote a positive work environment for DOC staff.

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience.

Must be 18 years of age or older.

Must have a valid driver's license.

At least 3 years of experience in a warehouse environment.

Knowledge of safety standards in a warehouse environment.

Strong organizational skills and knowledge of inventory management and processes.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact with all levels of the organization.

Time‑management skills and ability to prioritize daily work tasks and forecasted business objectives.

Experience leading a team of 12–15 to meet business objectives while promoting a positive work environment.

Ability to analyze and resolve moderate to high‑level problems.

Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

Ability to adapt to changing business requirements.

Ability to work on your feet all day and lift up to 35 pounds on a regular basis.

Ability to travel up to 10% of weekends in support of on‑location events.

Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office programs.

Provide on‑call phone support at night and on weekends within a rotation schedule.

Drug‑free workplace: candidates are required to pass a drug test before beginning employment.

Preferred Qualifications

5+ years of experience in a warehouse environment.

2+ years of supervisory or leadership role demonstrating ability to lead and direct others to achieve organizational goals.

Forklift certification.

National Career Readiness Certification.

Knowledge of cold chain management.

Database experience.

Pay and Benefits
The hourly pay for this role will range from $20.38 to $36.44 per hour based on full‑time employment. Benefits include a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401(k) contribution, all subject to eligibility requirements.
