Starting pay: $21.17/hour + $1.00/hour night shift premium
Schedule: Night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:15 AM) on a rotating 48/36-hour schedule

Responsibilities
Inspect products for defects, damage, contamination, or inconsistencies prior to packaging
Package finished goods accurately on an assembly line
Maintain a consistent production pace to meet KPI targets
Identify and report product defects, packaging issues, or equipment concerns
Follow all safety guidelines and Safe Quality Food (SQF) standards
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and ability to inspect products carefully
Ability to perform basic math to count and verify quantities
Good manual dexterity and ability to handle materials with precision
Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Exposure to noise and varying temperatures
Fast-paced, repetitive production environment
