Overview
A reputable commercial general contractor is actively seeking an experienced
Project Manager
to support a growing pipeline of work in the Dallas market. This individual will oversee the full lifecycle of commercial construction projects, from preconstruction through closeout, while playing a key role in client management and project execution.
This position offers the opportunity to work on a diverse mix of
corporate interiors, healthcare, industrial, and retail projects , with strong visibility into leadership and long-term growth potential.
Key Responsibilities
Manage projects from preconstruction through completion
Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and cost controls
Oversee subcontractor buyout, scope review, and contract execution
Coordinate closely with Superintendents to align field and office operations
Lead client meetings and maintain strong client relationships
Review drawings, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
Track project progress and proactively mitigate risks
Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
Project Experience (Required)
Candidates must have experience managing
commercial construction projects $10M+ in value , including a combination of:
Healthcare (clinics, MOBs, renovations in active environments)
Industrial / Manufacturing (tilt-wall, warehouse, distribution)
Retail and Commercial Build-Outs
Ground-Up Commercial Projects ($10M–$50M+)
Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
Proven track record managing projects
$10M+ in value
Strong background in both
interior build-outs and ground-up construction
Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor management
Strong communication and client-facing skills
Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
