Rate: $37-47.50/hr, plus $1-4 shift differentials, and a $15,000 sign-on bonus.

Requirements for Nursing Supervisor

Must possess valid unencumbered RN/LPN state license and current CPR certification

Nursing degree from an accredited college or university

Two (2) years of clinical nursing experience within a hospital, nursing care center or other related healthcare setting preferred

Must have minimum of one year experience in long-term care

Must have experience in supervision and principles, practice of teaching, and computer skills

Experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices strongly preferred

Job Duties for Nursing Supervisor

Welcome new admissions and oversee discharges

Supervision of all 11 PM-7 AM Nurses and CNAs

Manage staffing changes

Support family inquiries and screen visitors

Coordinate patient/resident referrals with central admissions

Ensure high-quality resident/patient care

Provide support to ancillary staff as needed
