Residential Home Estimator & Takeoff Specialist

DRB Homes is looking for a dedicated estimator to develop and maintain cost-effective new home construction estimates. The role involves preparing material take-offs, conducting field visits for validation, and assisting in the setup of new communities in the Newstar software. Candidates should have a high school diploma and ideally 2-4 years of experience in residential homebuilding. Proficiency in MS Excel is required, and familiarity with construction processes will be beneficial. Work environment is primarily office-based with some travel required.
