Job Title: Enclosure Foreman
The Enclosure Foreman will oversee the completion of projects within the Enclosure Department, ensuring employee safety and productivity while demonstrating strong leadership skills. This role may require occasional travel to conduct services off-site.
Responsibilities
Oversee and ensure that all safety rules are followed at all times.
Produce work schedules in accordance with the availability of employees, contractors, and labor laws.
Recruit, hire, mentor, and train employees and contractors.
Develop and oversee quality standards.
Resolve conflicts or miscommunication quickly and amicably.
Read drawings and blueprints and convey this information to others.
Essential Skills
Active electrical license in Iowa.
Experience managing multiple projects and timelines simultaneously.
Experience managing multiple crews on various projects.
Willingness to travel occasionally.
Management skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Additional related training or experience required.
Pays close attention to detail.
Understanding of how to read and use a tape measure and good knowledge of hand tools.
Excellent communication skills and well‑organized.
Ability to assist and support others.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $93,600.00 - $116,480.00/yr.
Union benefits - 100% paid for for health, vision, dental401k60 days to be eligible
