Overview
The Manager Clinic Operations provides ongoing leadership for the development and implementation of management and patient care systems to assure cost-effective and quality operations of multiple clinics. Ensures strategic integration of care and clinical practices to provide an optimal patient experience. Leads staff to ensure that patient care services are provided in a timely manner which are sensitive to the patients physical, psychological, and spiritual needs. Ensures compliance with established clinical policies and procedures. Participates in PCN-wide special projects, committees or task forces as requested.
Responsibilities
Lead development and implementation of management and patient care systems across multiple clinics.
Ensure cost-effective, quality operations and timely patient care services.
Promote strategic integration of care and clinical practices to enhance the patient experience.
Ensure compliance with established clinical policies and procedures.
Participate in PCN-wide special projects, committees, or task forces as requested.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business and/or Healthcare related fields, or 6 years clinic operations experience which includes 2 years' experience as Associate Clinic Manager.
3 years clinic operations and management experience.

Compensation and Benefits
Posted are the minimum and maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate\'s placement on the wage range will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
