DAFgiving360™ is an independent nonprofit organization that increases charitable giving in the U.S. By 1999, it had recommended over $50 billion in grants to more than 295,000 charities. This position will be an employee of Charles Schwab & Co., Inc., subject to its policies and procedures, reporting to DAFgiving360 for day‑to‑day activities.

Responsibilities

Process grant recommendations submitted by DAFgiving360 account holders.

Enter grant information into the database and confirm organizations’ tax‑exempt status.

Verify grant designation to ensure compliance with DAFgiving360’s Program Policies and IRS requirements.

Correspond regularly with donors, clients, investment advisors, and charities.

Assist with inbound telephone calls from clients, financial advisors, and charitable organizations, providing basic donor‑advised fund account support.

Qualifications

BA/BS degree preferred.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in non‑profit, donor‑advised fund accounts, or financial services.

Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate with affluent clients and their investment advisors.

High levels of individual ownership, emotional intelligence, and critical thinking.

Attitude of continuous improvement and creativity in process optimization.

Growth mindset: positive attitude, team orientation, enthusiasm, professionalism, and high integrity.

Highly organized and adaptable.
