2026 Summer Programs Intern
We are seeking a motivated Summer Programs Intern to assist with game day operations, player communication, and social media efforts for our two (2) summer teams, men’s and women’s. This hands‑on role provides an excellent opportunity to gain experience in sports management, event coordination, and team operations.
What you’ll do
Game Day & Operations Support
Assist with game day logistics including setup, equipment management, & on‑site coordination.
Provide matchday information to opponents and assist with player registration.
Organize site setup for training sessions and games.
Support sports registrar duties, scheduling, and rostering.
Manage inventory, storage, and distribution of equipment, supplies, and uniforms.
Player Communication & Scheduling
Maintain communication with players via Squadi, WhatsApp, and other team platforms.
Assist in scheduling and coordinating sessions, pickup games, and performance training.
Communicate with other teams within the league and conference to coordinate logistics.
Social Media & Marketing
Assist with content creation and engagement on social media platforms.
Help raise awareness of the programs through digital outreach and updates.
Conduct research and contribute to promotional efforts for events.
Requirements
Availability to work multiple nights and weekends, throughout the Summer.
Must have a valid Driver’s License and clean driving record and access to your own vehicle.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced sports environment.
Passion for soccer, event coordination, and/or sports management is a plus.
Perform other duties as assigned.
