
Supply Chain & Transportation Analyst

Overview
We are a leading direct import and domestic clothing supplier seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Supply Chain & Transportation Analyst to support end-to-end supply chain and transportation operations for Walmart and Sam’s Club. This role plays a critical part in optimizing logistics performance, improving cost efficiency, and ensuring seamless product flow across domestic supply networks. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Bentonville, AR.
Salary
Salary:
$60,000-$80,000 with end of year bonus opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor inbound and outbound freight performance, including carrier compliance, service levels, and on-time delivery metrics
Schedule and coordinate carrier pickups to ensure timely freight movement and adherence to routing and delivery requirements
Partner cross-functionally with Merchandising, Operations, Logistics, and 3PL partners to support execution and issue resolution
Support forecasting, routing, and capacity planning to align with volume fluctuations and promotional activity
Identify process improvement opportunities to reduce transit times, mitigate risk, and optimize inventory flow
Assist with freight claims, root cause analysis, and corrective action plans as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Analytics, or a related field
2+ years of experience in supply chain, transportation, logistics, or retail operations (retail or Walmart/Sam’s Club experience preferred)
Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel, reporting tools, and large data sets
Familiarity with domestic transportation modes (TL, LTL, small parcel) and retail distribution networks
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Strong communication skills and comfort collaborating with internal teams and external partners
Preferred Skills
Experience supporting Walmart and/or Sam’s Club supply chain or transportation processes
Knowledge of retail compliance, OTIF, SQEP, and scorecard metrics
Experience with TMS, ERP systems, or supply chain analytics tools
