Position Overview
Clerk – a front‑line USPS employee who sells stamps, accepts incoming mail, sorted and distributes mail, and assists the public with general mailing needs.
Responsibilities
Sell stamps, process incoming mail, sort and distribute mail.
Assist customers with mailing services such as change of address, mail holds, and issuing Post Office box keys.
Qualifications
18 years of age or older.
U.S. citizen.
No prior experience required – paid training will be provided.
Benefits
$26.47 to $43.62 per hour (average $72,400 per year).
