
Supply Chian Quality Processor

We are seeking a Supply Chain Processor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in supply chain operations, master data management, demand and supply planning, and inventory deployment and a proven ability to optimize planning and execution processes, analyze operational data, and drive cross‑functional improvements.
Responsibilities
Manage supply chain operations including master data management, demand and supply planning, and inventory deployment.
Ensure efficiency and accuracy of logistics planning and execution processes.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize end‑to‑end supply chain processes.
Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance performance and resolve issues.
Monitor and report on supply chain metrics to maintain alignment with business goals.
Facilitate training sessions to share best practices and strengthen team capabilities.
Perform independently, contribute in team discussions, and serve as a subject matter expert.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proficiency in supply chain planning, logistics execution, and inventory management.
Ability to analyze operational data and generate actionable insights.
Strong communication and collaboration skills across functions.
Experience working autonomously with accountability for results.
Expert proficiency in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
Daily Workflow / Current Activities
Backlog Review & Prioritization
Start the day by reviewing the backlog.
Assess and prioritize tasks based on urgency and business impact.
Receiving Inspection Process
Go through the receiving inspection pile:
Pick one item at a time.
Open and inspect the part.
Verify part quality and condition.
Cross‑check attached documentation for accuracy and completeness.
SAP Processing
If part and documentation match:
Process the item in SAP for stocking.
If discrepancies are found:
Document the issue in SAP.
Initiate necessary steps for resolution or disposal.
Documentation
Record inspection results, discrepancies, and actions taken.
Ensure all entries are accurate and up to date in SAP.
Reporting
Report status updates, findings, and any issues identified.
Communicate blockers or escalations as needed.
Reassess priorities throughout the day based on incoming workload.
Future Scope / Additional Responsibilities
Activities may evolve to include broader Quality Engineering and Supply Chain (SC) functions within the warehouse.
Responsibilities will align with highest priority business needs.
Preferred Skills
Intermediate proficiency in Supply Chain Execution, Engineering Data and Information Management, and Aerospace Quality Management Standards.
Advanced proficiency in A&D Defense environments and practices.
