
Subsurface & Concrete Operations Specialist (GPR • Utility Locating • Coring • C

We are building a high-performance field team capable of executing full-scope subsurface and concrete operations—from scan to final installation.
We are seeking experienced professionals who can operate across one or more of the following divisions:
GPR / Concrete Scanning / Underground Utility Locating
Concrete Coring & Saw Cutting
Concrete & Masonry (Formwork, Rebar, Finishing)
This is a hands‑on, high‑performance role.
Candidates must be experienced, reliable, and capable of delivering high-quality work in demanding field environments.
Entry‑level applicants will not be considered.
Subsurface Scanning & Utility Locating
Perform GPR scanning and concrete imaging
Identify rebar, post‑tension cables, and embedded conduits
Apply APWA Uniform Color Code standards
Maintain compliance with California Government Code 4216
Concrete Coring & Saw Cutting
Operate core drilling equipment for slab and wall penetrations
Perform flat saw cutting, wall sawing, and trench cutting
Execute precision cuts while avoiding structural and embedded hazards
Work in coordination with scanning teams to ensure zero‑conflict execution
Concrete & Masonry Construction
Build and set formwork for pads, footings, and walls
Install rebar (tie, spacing, layout) per structural requirements
Pour and finish concrete (broom, smooth, edge work)
Construct CMU block walls and structural elements
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in one or more of the following:
GPR / utility locating
Coring and saw cutting
Concrete forming, pouring, and finishing
Strong understanding of construction environments and job‑site execution
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, detail‑oriented, and committed to high‑quality work
Willingness to expand skillset across multiple trades
Compensation
$30 – $50 per hour (based on experience and skill level)
Performance‑based incentives available based on:
Production output
Quality of work
