SMH Innovations is recruiting a Physician Assistant for a full-time outpatient Family Medicine opportunity with a well-established Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) serving the Hawthorne community and surrounding areas of Los Angeles County. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider seeking a stable weekday schedule, strong clinical support, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in an underserved population.

Position Details
  • Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

  • Setting: 100% outpatient primary care

  • Patient Volume: patients per day

  • Call: No nights or weekend call

  • Start: Immediate / Flexible

Requirements
  • Licensed (or eligible for licensure) as a Physician Assistant in California

  • Experience in Family Medicine or Primary Care preferred (new graduates may be considered)
