We are seeking an experienced NICU Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join a high-acuity Level 4 NICU team in New York, NY. Clinical Responsibilities:

As a NICU APP, you will provide advanced care for critically ill neonates. Responsibilities include:

• Managing admissions, ongoing patient management, and discharge planning
• Providing delivery room coverage and immediate postnatal care
• Performing comprehensive assessments, procedures, and patient monitoring
• Participating in case management and multidisciplinary care planning
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in Epic EMR
• Collaborating with the NICU team to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care

Schedule & Assignment Details:

Schedule Options:

  • Days: 7:00 AM 8:30 PM
  • Nights: As per team coverage
    FTE Coverage: 2 PT or 1 FT Days; 3 PT or 1.5 FT Nights
    Initial Assignment: 13 weeks with high possibility to extend
    Credentialing Timeline: Approximately 90 days

Required Qualifications:

• Licensed NP or PA in New York (Active NY State license required)
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in a Level 4 NICU
• Must be COVID-19 and influenza vaccinated
• Strong clinical skills in neonatal critical care
• Experience with Epic EMR
