We are looking for a detail‑oriented and motivated

Quality Assurance Technician / Inspector

to join our team supporting aviation manufacturing and supply chain operations. This is a great opportunity for someone starting their career in quality, manufacturing, or aerospace.

In this role, you will help ensure products meet quality standards by performing inspections, supporting audits, working with suppliers, and assisting with data tracking and reporting. You will work closely with experienced team members and gain hands‑on training in quality systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with inspections of parts and materials (incoming, in-process, and final) to ensure they meet quality requirements

Use inspection tools and equipment to perform basic dimensional and functional checks

Review drawings, work instructions, and specifications with guidance to verify product requirements

Help maintain accurate quality records and documentation for traceability and compliance

Support audits by gathering information and helping ensure processes follow company and industry standards (AS9100/ISO)

Assist with identifying and documenting nonconforming materials and supporting corrective action efforts

Work with suppliers by reviewing documentation, tracking issues, and helping resolve quality concerns

Help track and report quality data, metrics, and trends using Excel and other tools

Collaborate with teams such as manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain to support quality and production goals

Participate in customer and internal meetings as needed to support quality requirements

Assist with inventory checks, receiving inspections, and general warehouse quality activities

Basic Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree or technical training is a plus)

1–2 years of experience in manufacturing, quality, logistics, or a related field (internships or school projects count)

Willingness to learn quality systems and processes

Ability to read and understand basic technical documents (or willingness to learn)

Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow procedures

Preferred Qualifications (Nice To Have)

Coursework or training in manufacturing, engineering, or quality

Exposure to quality standards such as ISO 9001 or AS9100

Experience with inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)

Familiarity with warehouse or production environments

Basic understanding of data tracking or reporting

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed

Ability to perform tasks involving bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
