Project Manager - Clean Transportation
for our client in

Responsibilities
Initiate, track, and manage more than a dozen contracts stemming from 2-3 separate solicitations - including contract with overall support contractor and multiple contracts with awardees.
Support and manage projects stemming from client EV charging programs
Coordinate and engage with project teams to ensure timely progress on project tasks and deliverables, answer questions and resolve any issues that may arise, and provide support to them in completing their projects;
Track, document, and report-out on projects as needed, including progress on scope, schedule, and budget of multiple installation projects;
Develop materials such as slide decks, written status reports, internal forms, and other documents to communicate the ongoing status of client programs;
Assist with solicitations and contract management for multiple programs within client Clean Transportation group and the larger Integrated Energy Solutions (IES) team; and
Other duties as assigned that contribute toward the Clean Transportation team
Qualifications
Strong project management skills to be able to work on many projects at the same time;
Ability to initiate, track, and manage multiple consultant contracts and competently and confidently interact with outside stakeholders, including local/state government officials, consultants, charging station hosts, and utility companies.
Ability to learn systems quickly, stay organized, and follow/set processes for managing many projects is essential
Ability to work collaboratively with internal team members to support a wide range of initiatives;
Basic understanding of clean transportation, electric vehicles, and electric vehicle charging is preferred.
Strong IT system fluency or ability to learn systems quickly.
Experience in contract management is preferred but is not required.
Similarly, experience with electric vehicle, EV charging, and clean transportation concepts and projects is a major plus.
IT systems that will be used: Salesforce, NEIS, Microsoft Office
