Summary of Position
The Master Supply Planner is responsible for converting sales demand, project commitments, and long-range and long-lead supply chain plans into an executable supply chain for power generation and advanced equipment. This role serves as the central integrator between Sales, Project Management, Engineering, Operations, Procurement, and Finance, supporting delivery commitments and allocations of strategic components, managing cash flows for strategic equipment, and capacity constraints. Takes a strategic multi-year outlook, aiming to balance medium- and long-term supply chain capacity with sales demand.
Qualifications & Requirements
7+ years of proven experience in Supply Chain Management within a manufacturing environment or demand planning, required.
Ability to coordinate and communicate with senior management
Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business-related degree, preferred
Industry experience considered an asset.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external suppliers.
Proficiency in using supply chain management software systems. Oracle Cloud experience is desirable.
Excellent analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
Expert/Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Marcos, IF THEN, etc..)
Direct ownership of S&OP or IBP processes
Experience in power generation, energy, EPC, or industrial equipment markets
Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure and meet deadlines

Primary Responsibilities
Translate sales forecasts, booked orders, and pipeline opportunities into firm and forecasted supply plans for strategic components.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.
Partner with Sales to evaluate delivery feasibility, lead times, and capacity availability during bid and contract phases.
Own the Master Production Schedule (MPS) for long-lead, advanced, and critical equipment.
Support commercial negotiations by modeling schedule, cost, and risk trade-offs.
Maintain visibility to upside/downside demand scenarios and their operational impact.

Salary
$100,000/YR - $150,000/YR
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
