As a Pediatrician at Clinica Medica Familiar, you ll play a vital role in providing medical care for children from birth through adolescence. Compensation and Benefits

• Base Salary: $260,000 - $300,000 annual base salary
• Sign on bonus: $30,000
• Productivity Bonus: $50,000 annually
• CME Allowance: $1,000 annually for Continuing Medical Education (CME)
• Paid Time Off: 15 weekdays of paid time off per year
• CME/Personal Time: 5 additional days for CME or personal use
• Licensing and DEA: Covered by the practice
• Paid Holidays: 7 paid holidays annually
