Job Summary
The Senior Traffic Coordinator is responsible for performing digital ad operations. The Senior Coordinator will also interface with other corporate departments including Customer Success, Billing and Sales to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities
Ensure that all orders are entered properly into ad server to maximize deliverables.
Resolve any discrepancies on advertising orders. Ensure all campaigns are scheduled and loaded correctly, including video and display advertising.
Act as a liaison between Sales and Customer Success to ensuring the delivery of scheduled campaigns.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise with appropriate business group.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Media or related discipline required
3+ years of experience in digital ad operations, preferred
Prior knowledge of FreeWheel or Google Ad Manager, preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel)
Excellent Communication skills with demonstrated high energy and flexibility
Strong leadership and coaching skills
Ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines

The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $47,770.00 - $78,478.00 / year. The rate/range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
