Overview
B.H. Inc. is searching for a full‑time EHS Manager to oversee safety programs and ensure compliance across all project sites within the I&E Renewables division in Utah, Idaho, and Texas. The role requires exceptional leadership in construction and a passion for environmental health and safety.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive annual salary of $88,900 – $100,000, negotiable. Includes weekly pay, health, vision, dental, life insurance, a 401k plan with match, and paid time off.
Qualifications
Bilingual (Spanish) fluency is required.
Preferred certifications: OSHA 510, CHST, OHST, CIT, or other BCSP designations.
Proficiency with Google G Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets).
Physically capable of climbing ladders, balancing on narrow surfaces, and working in extreme weather conditions (below 32 °F or above 100 °F).
Willingness to travel frequently between project sites in Utah and Idaho.
Safe driving record required for operating BHI fleet equipment.
