Internal Operations Supervisor (IOS)
Location: Jessup, MD. This role is responsible for organizing and coordinating branch operations, including order processing, permitting, revenue recognition, installer pay, accounts receivable, and scheduling, and implementing lean processes.
Responsibilities
Supervise the schedule of service and install appointments, maximizing efficiency and delivering high customer service.
Manage data entry into computer systems, ensuring accuracy and first‑time success.
Coordinate and oversee job folders and related documents for operational functions.
Maintain accounts receivable, minimizing outstanding balances.
Facilitate open communication among sales, operations, and install teams to exceed homeowner satisfaction.
Lead and develop lean, efficient, and standardized methods with a focus on continuous improvement.
Create and maintain standard operating procedures for all functions.
Provide training and direct daily work of direct reports.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and 3‑5 years of outstanding customer service experience or equivalent education and experience.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Calmness under stressful situations.
Excellent organizational skills in structuring work assignments, creating standard procedures, and planning projects.
Demonstrated leadership skills in directing, managing, and motivating employees.
Excellent communication skills: listening, written, and verbal.
Strong analytical skills for problem solving, data interpretation, and defining solutions.
Dependability in meeting deadlines, following through on commitments, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Pay Range
$76,824.00 – $115,236.00
