About the Role
We’re hiring a
Technical Developer II
to support the Global Accessories team, with a focus on
socks and knit product development . This role sits at the intersection of design, engineering, and production—owning the technical execution of products from concept through commercialization.
You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional partners including Design, Product Management, Materials, and factory teams to bring innovative, high-quality products to market.
Key Responsibilities
Create and update
tech packs
using Adobe and 3D tools (CLO, Browzwear, etc.)
Develop
garment specifications
and ensure alignment with design intent
Partner with cross-functional teams to drive product from
concept to production
Track prototypes, manage timelines, and ensure on-time delivery
Lead proto reviews and capture actionable feedback
Work closely with vendors/factories to improve
manufacturability and quality
Communicate progress, risks, and solutions in a fast-paced environment
Required Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in
technical development, product development, or technical design
Strong hands-on experience creating
tech packs and garment specifications
Proficiency in
Adobe Illustrator (must-have)
Experience with
3D design tools
(CLO, Browzwear, Optitex, VStitcher, etc.)
Strong understanding of
product lifecycle (design → production)
Experience working with
factories and vendors
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in
socks, knitwear, or yarn development
Background in
apparel, soft goods, or footwear development
Knowledge of
knit structures, materials, and manufacturing processes

CAD pattern design software
