Team members are responsible for maintaining clear and accessible documentation of all operational standards, participating in the change management process for updates, and collaborating with Field Services teams (Optimization, Technology, QA) and other HQ teams to identify areas for improvement. Their activities include defining quality standards, auditing processes, and monitoring outputs to ensure compliance with both internal and customer expectations. By upholding these standards, the Field Standards team plays an integral role in delivering consistent, exceptional experiences that reflect the heart of Dutch Bros.
The Manager Level typically includes the following responsibilities:
- Manages a small to mid-sized team of experienced professionals who exercise latitude and independence in assignments.
- Manages the delivery and implementation of elements of the department/function's short-term operational plan.
- Contributes to the development of new products, processes, standards, or operational plans that affect overall function results.
- Influences stakeholders outside of the job area on policies, practices, and procedures.
- Responsible for modifying processes, systems, or products to improve job area or departmental performance.
