Cardiovascular Surgery Physician Assistant (PA)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: On Call;9 Pay Rate: $106.70 - $115.50
This facility is seeking a Cardiovascular Surgery Physician Assistant (PA) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details and requirements for this opportunity:
- Schedule: Hospital: Monday 7:30a-4p
- Clinic: Monday 9a-1pm and Friday 9a-1p
- Call Schedule 9a-1p, every other weekend, 2 days/week (rounding included)
- Types of Cases: Endoscopic and radial artery harvesting required, interpret electrocardiogram, X-rays, Labs, ECMO, IABP and Impella. Rounding on inpatients post-op, first assist in surgery and seeing patients in clinic.
- State Licenses: Active California state medical license, Board Certified, Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Drug Enforcement Administration License (DEA)
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC
