• Support Staff: 19 Mental Health Therapists, 2 Psychologists, AODA program team

• State License Required: Active WI License or Eligibility to Apply
• Certifications: As required
• Experience: Open to new graduates and experienced physicians
• Additional Requirements: Commitment to collaborative, team-based care model
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide outpatient psychiatric evaluation and treatment
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary behavioral health team
• Participate in call coverage with therapist triage support
• Support AODA and intensive outpatient program services
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
