Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive, patient-centered care to patients of all ages, including infants, children, adults, and elderly patients
- Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- Conduct routine physical exams, wellness visits, preventive screenings, and immunizations
- Manage chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, asthma, and heart disease
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation using EPIC EHR
- Educate patients and families on preventive care and health management
- Participate in community outreach and wellness initiatives
- Follow established clinical protocols, policies, and ethical standards
- Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Valid and unrestricted medical license (or ability to obtain) in Minnesota
- Minimum 1 2 years of Family Medicine experience preferred
- CPR and ACLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in rural or underserved communities
- Experience managing broad-spectrum primary care cases
- EPIC EHR experience preferred
- Telemedicine experience is a plus
- Flexibility to adapt in a resource-limited environment
