• Case Mix/Clinical Focus Areas: General Endocrinology, Diabetes Management, Thyroid Disorders, Metabolic Conditions

• Specialty Backup: Access to multi-specialty support within health system

• Board Requirements: BC/BE in Endocrinology

• DEA & Certifications: DEA (as required)

• Board Status: BC/BE in Endocrinology

• State License Required: Active WI License or Eligibility to Apply

• Certifications: As required

• Experience: Open to new graduates and experienced physicians

• Additional Requirements: Interest in developing and growing a practice with autonomy

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide comprehensive outpatient endocrinology care

• Diagnose and manage endocrine and metabolic disorders

• Develop individualized treatment plans for chronic conditions

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams

• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
