You will lead comprehensive pain treatment plans, perform spine and neuromodulation procedures, and work alongside a multidisciplinary team committed to restoring function and improving quality of life. Schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, with limited call rotation (approximately every 4-6 weeks).

You will lead comprehensive pain treatment plans, perform spine and neuromodulation procedures, and work alongside a multidisciplinary team committed to restoring function and improving quality of life. Position Highlights
- Perform advanced interventional procedures including nerve blocks, ESIs, RF ablation, neuromodulation, and intrathecal pump implants
- Lead individualized treatment strategies grounded in evidence-based pain medicine
- Collaborate with primary care, therapy, and specialty providers for coordinated outcomes
- Predictable weekday schedule with limited, shared after-hours call
- Join a modern, procedure-driven outpatient setting designed for efficiency and clinical autonomy
- Work alongside a multidisciplinary team aligned around evidence-based, patient-centered pain care

- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Anesthesiology, Pain Medicine, or PM&R
- Completed fellowship training in Pain Management

- Strong communication skills and commitment to patient-centered care
