Physician - Emergency Medicine - Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine - Urgent Care

Job Details:

Provide urgent care services in 12-hour shifts across multiple locations throughout the St. Louis area

Centers operate Monday-Friday 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM and Saturday-Sunday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Handle 36-48 patient encounters per shift

Must be residency trained and board certified/eligible in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Med/Peds

Board certification must be from American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS) or American Osteopathic Board

Must be trained to see both adults and pediatrics (6+ months)

Proof of 50 patient encounters in the last 12 months required

Current BLS certification from American Heart Association required

Must be comfortable with minor procedures including sutures, casts, splints, reading EKGs and X-rays

Must be very comfortable with EMR systems (Epic experience preferred)

Work with medical assistants, scribes, and rad techs as support staff

Onsite X-ray and EKG equipment available

Preference given to providers who can work blocks of shifts including weekends and weekdays

Must provide availability for interview with medical director

Minimum 2 weeks of availability required
