Job Overview
This full-time outpatient opportunity allows a Staff Physician to provide high-quality, patient-centered care within a collaborative clinical team. The physician is responsible for comprehensive examination, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, and chronic disease management across a diverse patient population.
The role includes accurate documentation, adherence to clinical protocols, specialist referrals, and participation in case management for complex conditions. Physicians collaborate closely with nurse practitioners and physician assistants and may supervise APPs as needed.
Additional responsibilities include supporting audits and regulatory compliance, participating in daily team huddles, contributing to clinic policy development, and serving as a preceptor for medical students and NP/PA trainees. Providers may rotate between clinic sites as needed.

Requirements to Apply
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Active and unrestricted California medical license
- Current DEA certificate
- Current CPR certification
- Strong outpatient clinical experience
- Knowledge of community-based, patient-centered medical home (PCMH) model
- Experience serving underserved or rural populations
- Supervisory experience with NPs or PAs
