Warehouse Associate

Key Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against packing slips and purchase orders
Accurately stock and organize materials in designated storage locations
Maintain inventory accuracy through routine cycle counting and inventory audits
Issue materials to production and ensure proper documentation of all transactions
Monitor stock levels and communicate shortages or discrepancies to leadership
Label, tag, and store items in compliance with company procedures
Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified)
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized stockroom environment
Assist with shipping, receiving, and general warehouse duties as needed
Follow all safety, quality, and company policies and procedures
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Previous warehouse or stockroom experience preferred
Basic computer skills (inventory systems, data entry, Microsoft Office)
Ability to read and interpret work orders, inventory reports, and ship documents
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
Standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Work Environment
Manufacturing / warehouse setting
Exposure to moving equipment and materials
Must always follow PPE and safety requirements
Schedule
3 RD Sift 6:30 pm -5:00 am
