LINC, a division of Universal Logistics is seeking quality warehouse associates and material handlers for increased business in Flint, MI. We have multiple shifts available to fit your schedule.

Shift: 2nd Shift: 2:30pm - 11pm
Pay: $14.50/hour to start with consistent wage increases! First raise at 90 days.
Job Duties Include:
Safe operations of Fork-lift
Sorting and arranging product on pallets (picking)
Offload inbound material and place in proper DLOC according to assigned DLOC printed on part number label
Replenish DLOC storage locations every shift with overflow in a FIFO manner
Storing product or loading truck with pallets of product
Obtain daily order sheets from supervisor
Load order following diagram that design truck loads
Use Fork-lift to drive pallets through warehouse to loading dock
Shrink wrap pallets for delivery
Other duties as assigned by Supervisor
Ensure that cargo is identified and inspected before loading and unloading and compared to shippers.
Ensure discrepancies are documented and handled according to proper procedure.
Requirements:
1 to 2 years of Forklift Experience
Complete pre and post trip inspections on all dock equipment
Be available for irregular work schedules and alternating work shifts
Ability to work up to 6 days per week
Ability to adhere to the operational procedures and guidelines
