We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
Our office is located in 3525 N 147th St Ste 209.
Our office is open 8:30 AM- 5:00 PM.
I am a third generation State Farm agent.
Role Description
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Kyle Iske - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. We look forward to connecting with you if you are the customer-focused and empathetic team member we are searching for. We anticipate internal growth opportunities for especially driven and sales-minded candidates.
Responsibilities
Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Qualifications
Communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
