- Cross-credentialed across 4 facilities
- Independent practice model
- Broad surgical case mix
- Ongoing opportunity Assignment Details
- Start: ASAP
- Ongoing coverage
- 8-hour shifts ONLY (Monday-Friday)
- Weeknight and weekend call required
- Beeper call (30-minute response)
- Call ratio: approx. 1:5
- EMR: Cerner
- Must be willing to work at ALL 4 locations Clinical Requirements
- Must practice independently
- Peripheral nerve blocks REQUIRED
- Must provide block case logs (training will NOT be provided)
- Comfortable with: - Neurosurgical spine cases - Complex orthopedic cases - Complex vascular cases - Ventilation management - Acute volume/BP management
- Preferred: - Regional anesthesia - Spinals and epidurals - Post-op extremity blocks - Central/arterial line placementRequirements
- Active Arizona license
- NBCRNA certified
- Minimum 1 year experience
- ACLS and BLS (AHA or American Red Cross only)
- Must be willing to take nights, weekends, and call Compensation
- Rate Structure: - Regular: $250/hour - Weeknight Call: $500
- Malpractice provided
- Travel reimbursed
