Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Compensation: $216 per hourly

• No call shifts.
• Willing to work weekends but not weekends only and will take someone who can do only 2-3 weeks a month each monthSchedule: once credentialed will get schedule from site depending on what confirmed for and when they go to Med staff orientationWork Details:• Amount of Coverage Needed: 40 hours per week (3 FTE)• Patient Population/Age: All ages, inpatient, and outpatient• Department Description: 3 separate hospitals within 5 minutes of each other.
• Various• Types of surgery - General, vascular, orthopedic, urology, plastics, dental, IR, CDL, thoracic, peds, neuro, cardiac, endoscopy centerNeed someone that is able to work in the Main OR's, most of the time at Memorial.
• • EMR: CernerPractice Setting:• Ambulatory Surgery Center• HospitalRequirements:• Board Certification: WV• License Required: Yes• Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS, and PALS• Minimum Experience Required: 2 years.
• Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days.
