Locations: Aurora, IN; Walton, KY; Cincinnati, OH; Dayton, OH; Springfield, OH; Washington Court House, OH; and Greenville, OH.
Requirements for Construction Workers and Equipment Operators:
- Previous experience working in the asphalt industry or road construction is a plus. We are willing to train the right people.
- Safety conscious.
- Able to work as a team or independently.
- Formal training or relevant certifications for the position are a plus.
- Valid drivers license.
Physical and Mental Demands for Construction Workers and Equipment Operators:
- Local travel, generally.
- Mandatory overtime.
- Seasonal layoffs.
- Extensive physical activity.
- Must work outdoors and in all types of weather conditions and terrains.
- May be required to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be willing to work with a flexible schedule.
