• Coverage Needed- 5/18/26-5/24/26, 6/22/26-6/28/26, 8/3/26-8/9/26, 8/24/26-8/30/26, 9/7/26-9/13/26, 10/5/26-10/11/26
• M-F 8a-5p
• Required procedures- Lumbar Puncture, Thrombolytic Therapy
• On site call required
• Trauma Level/Designation: II
• EMR: Epic
• Practice Setting: Hospital-Based
• Approx. 20 PPD
• Active SC license, DEA, BLS, NPDB self-query within the last 30 days, clean malpractice required
