Exciting Locum - Physician - Hospitalist - OB Opportunity in Fort Worth, TX

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct OB triage and patient admissions
  • Attend deliveries, including Cesarean sections
  • Provide inpatient OB care and manage unassigned patients
  • Handle private call coverage and OB floor duties
  • Manage ER consults for GYN emergencies
  • Respond promptly to emergency situations in Labor and Delivery

Required Skills:
  • Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology
  • Valid medical license to practice in Texas
  • Proven experience in obstetric inpatient care and delivery attendance
  • Strong clinical judgment and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience with digital health systems and electronic medical records
  • Familiarity with hospitalist workflow and emergency response procedures
  • Bilingual abilities in Spanish are a plus

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
  • Minimum of 2 years' hospitalist or OB/GYN clinical experience
  • Prior experience in a hospital setting handling high-volume obstetric cases

Other Requirements:
  • Ability to start on or around 04/02/2026
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including holidays as needed
  • Compliance with all licensure, certification, and credentialing requirements

  • Hourly Pay Rate: $214.50
