Practice Setting: Outpatient & Free-Standing Cancer Center, Trauma Level/Designation Hospital II

Start Date: End of June - Pending Credentialing

Schedule: Mon - Fri, 8am - 4pm

Call Schedule: Permanent providers will handle

Number of Physicians in Practice: 1

Will There be Other Radiation Oncologists Present During Locum Tenens Coverage: Yes

How Many APPs Provide Coverage: 1

Average Number of Patients Per Day - OUTPATIENT: 20

Average Number of Patients Per Day - INPATIENT: 1

Patient Population for Required Coverage: Adult, Hospital Based, Office/Clinic

EMR: Mosaiq, EPIC

Reason for Coverage: Physician Retirement

Required Procedures:
Conventional Radiotherapy, 3D Radiotherapy, MRT, External Beam Radiation - 3D-CRT, External Beam Radiation - IGRT, External Beam Radiation - IMRT, Stereotactic Radiosurgery, Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT), Fractionated Stereotactic Radiotherapy

Required Duties:
Orders Tests, Orders Images, Prescribes

• Board Certified
• OH License - Willing to accept those who will obtain
