Hematology Oncology Locums Job in Indiana Scheduled Clinic Hours + Night Call Start ASAP For Minimum of 6 Months Assignment

Outpatient
Covering two locations

Shift Description
Monday - Friday, 8am-4:30pm
Scheduled clinic hours plus Night Call

Requirements
Board Certified (Must have AMBS/AOA board certification in one specialty and competency in the other)
Must be licensed in Indiana or IMLC with LOQ in hand
BLS
Procedures/duties: Management of VAD/CV catheters and bone marrow transplants, Bone marrow biopsy, Participation on tumor board, Order tests and images, Blood bank, Prescribe

Assignment Details
Estimated credentialing timeframe: 60 days with IN license, 90 without IN license
EMR: Epic
Percentage of practice: 50% Hematology, 50% Oncology
