As a part of this expansion, we're seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our clinical and residency faculty with Banner Desert Family Medicine Residency.

Position Highlights:

• Academic Role: Faculty appointment with the University of Arizona College of Medicine-Phoenix
• Teaching-Focused Practice: Outpatient precepting, resident mentorship, and curriculum development at our health center in Chandler, Arizona.
• Protected Faculty Time: Dedicated time for teaching, scholarship, and program development
• Flexible Scheduling: Outpatient-focused role with limited call
• Leadership Opportunities: Participate in program growth with pathways to future leadership roles

Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible: Bring your expertise as a certified Family Medicine physician with or without OB. OB skills are preferred
• Passion for Teaching and Excellence: Demonstrate a genuine passion for teaching and providing clinically excellent care
• Leadership Potential: Showcase your history of scholarship and leadership experience, or your potential to lead
• Patient-Focused Team Player: Embrace a patient-focused, collaborative approach within a team environment
• Arizona State Medical Licensure: Hold or be eligible for Arizona State medical licensure
