
Java Full Stack Engineer

CTG is seeking a Java Full Stack Engineer to join our client’s team. This role is ideal for a hands‑on engineer experienced in building scalable, high-performance applications across the full stack.

Duration:
12 months
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain full stack applications using Java and modern UI frameworks (React, Angular, etc.)
Build robust REST APIs and GraphQL services
Design and implement reactive, event‑driven systems (Vert.x or similar)
Work with large‑scale datasets and optimize data processing performance
Contribute to microservices architecture and distributed system design
Implement CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
Ensure high code quality through testing, code reviews, and best practices
Required Skills
Strong Java development experience (5+ years)
Expertise in REST APIs and GraphQL
Experience with Big Data and large datasets
Reactive programming experience (Vert.x or similar)
Full stack development expertise (backend + frontend)
Experience with React, Angular, or similar frameworks
Familiarity with GenAI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot)
Strong knowledge of system design, microservices, and scalable architectures
Nice to Have
Prior American Express experience
Experience in large enterprise environments
Exposure to AI‑assisted or intelligent engineering workflows
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
